1. Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our pet food:

  • We do not accept returns for food products once they have been delivered.

2. Non-Perishable Products

For any non-perishable items (e.g., merchandise, accessories), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

3. Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photographs of the issue and your order details.
  • We will replace the affected items or offer a refund/store credit.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be offered in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: Full or partial refunds will be provided depending on the severity of the issue.
  • Spoiled Products: If the product is deemed unfit for consumption upon arrival, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Changes to your preferences after the product has been delivered.

5. Subscription Cancellation
