How a raw pet food delivery works
Step 1:
Customise your pet's plan
Every pet is unique, we will need to ask a few simple questions to get started, things like:
- 1. Age
- 2. Weight
- 3: Activity levels
Step 2:
Delivered to your door
Your pet’s new food will be delivered to your front door completely free*.
If you are not in, the box can be left in a safe place. Our frozen food is packed with dry ice for the journey to keep it chilled nicely.
Step 3:
Defrost, feed & see the difference!
Raw feeding is simple once you get into a routine.
When your box arrives, pop the trays straight into the freezer. Leave one tray in the fridge to defrost before feeding.
Your pet's food will last in your fridge for 4 days once defrosted.
